There seems to be some issues with connecting to the Netflix service occasionally. Now every time after that, the app crashes within the first 10seconds of the video... A Fix for error message after 97/99% loadingRating: 4 from 510/25/2012 I was getting the error message for drivers after my video loaded to 97% or 99%. Search is super simple from Windows and the UI is much easier to use then the Xbox. For those of you complaining about no search. To the post below me, if you wish to search, use the search on the Charm bar to the right. Just click search and start typing. What is up with the Driver notice?Rating: 1 from 510/25/2012 I test Win 8 on my desktop before launch on dual boot works fine, still can boot from there and play 100% of the time. So I buy Win 8, install on the SAME computer SAME hardware but doesn't work. Same on my laptop! My drivers are all up-to-date and certified. I know I can watch on browser, but why make an app when even surface people are having problems with this app? All other apps work just fine on this PC so this issue is with this APP. Could be better...Rating: 2 from 510/26/2012 I just lowered my review Playback should continue when I switch between apps. I can do this with the desktop mode browser playback. When multitasking and switching between apps I like to be able to listen to the action even if I can't see it. I doubt I'm the only one! I just started playing with windows 8 and like it, though this is the type of 'too few options' annoyance that needs to be remedied in order for the system to reach its full potential. Update: after the most recent update, it still does not play well with a 3 monitor setup. Worked yesterday and now doesn'tRating: 3 from 510/27/2012 Installed App yesterday and was able to stream content, now today sits and spins at 97% loading...When it did work it was fine. I like the interface as it allows you to see more content in one view. Update: Uninstalled AMD HD Radeon software and now works. Here are my minor complaints that have huge potential: When Netflix is running in the 1/3 screen mode, the subtitles should use up the empty blank space so that the words could show up larger. Needs better keyboard controlRating: 2 from 510/27/2012 Like many Modern UI apps, control with the keyboard isn't really that great. Netflix is a little better than some apps, but still poor. Ideally, I should be able to navigate the whole UI with arrow keys plus Enter and Escape. However, even Tab and Shift+Tab would be acceptable, if a little annoying, to go between different sections.
